Ingredients
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • ½ c. sour cream
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 3 lbs. red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 (6-oz.) pkg. smoked ham, chopped
  • 1 (8-oz.) pkgs. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • Salt, red/black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat oven 350.
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and broth in large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes, ham 1 ¾ c. cheddar and peas. Stir to evenly coat all ingredients. Season.
  4. Spoon into 13x9” baking dish sprayed with PAM.
  5. Top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake 1 hour or until casserole is heated through and potatoes are tender.
