Easy Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients
- 9 scrambled eggs, cooked and seasoned
- 6 slices of good quality ham
- 6 slices of white cheddar cheese
- 8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled, jalapeno flavored
- 3 oz. fresh baby spinach, rough chop
- 1 package of 12 dinner rolls (type that are connected and form a square)*
- Melted butter
- Crushed black pepper
Instructions
- With serrated knife, cut through the dinner rolls so that you have a single bottom and top layer.
- Place the bottom layer in a baking dish and place the top layer aside for later.
- Place the cooked scrambled eggs on bottom half of rolls in baking dish.
- Top the eggs with the following in order: ham, cheese, bacon, and spinach.
- Put the top layer of rolls on top.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Sprinkle top with crushed black pepper.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cut into 12 sliders.
Notes
*****I used The Original King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. These rolls are a little smaller than regular types. You might have to adjust the layered ingredients.
