Easy Breakfast Sliders
Ingredients
  • 9 scrambled eggs, cooked and seasoned
  • 6 slices of good quality ham
  • 6 slices of white cheddar cheese
  • 8 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled, jalapeno flavored
  • 3 oz. fresh baby spinach, rough chop
  • 1 package of 12 dinner rolls (type that are connected and form a square)*
  • Melted butter
  • Crushed black pepper
Instructions
  1. With serrated knife, cut through the dinner rolls so that you have a single bottom and top layer.
  2. Place the bottom layer in a baking dish and place the top layer aside for later.
  3. Place the cooked scrambled eggs on bottom half of rolls in baking dish.
  4. Top the eggs with the following in order: ham, cheese, bacon, and spinach.
  5. Put the top layer of rolls on top.
  6. Brush with melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle top with crushed black pepper.
  8. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from oven and cut into 12 sliders.
Notes
*****I used The Original King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls. These rolls are a little smaller than regular types. You might have to adjust the layered ingredients.
