DUCKY MENU!!!!
Today’s Menu:
Basic Microwave Risotto with Variations
Good Morning Foodies! I have been told that we only have a few more weeks of DUCK SEASON left. Whew! Don’t know about you but my house looks like a messy DUCK DYNASTY! There are hunting clothes, boots, socks, hats, gloves, waders, etc. spread all over the place. This is when I wish I had a clothes line so he could hang all that stuff elsewhere! Must say starting to have a strange odor coming from that part of the house. You know they don’t like to wash certain things until the season is over. I swear, sometimes I see those clothing items move on their own. The upside of all this is the cooking of those ducks. HUBBY does a fantastic job on that part. Today and tomorrow’s menus reflect that! I want to let you know there will be another book signing this coming Friday, January 17, in Arnaudville. It will take place at NuNu’s beginning at 7 p.m. The three authors, Philip Andrepont, Warren Perrin and Patrick Morrow will be there to sign the books. “THE IMAGES OF AMERICA-ST. LANDRY PARISH”, is a great historical pictorial of the area. Hope to see you there! Have a great day!
