Delightful Oreo Ice Cream Pie
Ingredients
- ½ c. hot fudge ice cream topping, divided
- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 1 (8-oz.) Cool whip Topping, thawed and divided
- 2 (4.2-oz. each) pkgs. Jell-O Oreo Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 ¼ c. cold milk
Instructions
- Reserve 2 T. of fudge topping. Spread rest of topping onto bottom of crust.
- Cover with half of Cool Whip. Freeze 10 minutes.
- Beat pudding mixes with milk in large bowl with whisk for 2 minutes (mixture will be thick.) Let stand at room temperature to soften lightly. Spoon over Cool whip layer in crust.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove pie from freezer 15 minutes before serving. Let stand at room temperature to soften lightly.
- Drizzle with reserved fudge topping.
Notes
*****Keep leftover pie in freezer.
