Ingredients
  • ⅓ c. Miracle whip or mayo
  • 1 T. chili powder
  • Kosher salt/red pepper/garlic powder to taste
  • 8 skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
  • Canola oil, for brushing
  • 1 ½ c. plain breadcrumbs
Instructions
  1. Combine Miracle Whip, chili powder, red pepper, garlic powder, and salt in bowl. If you like your chicken spicy, add more of the pepper and chili powder.
  2. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  5. Brush the grill with oil.
  6. Place breadcrumbs in shallow dish (you may want to add salt and pepper to the crumbs for a little extra seasoning and flavor.)
  7. Add chicken, turning to thoroughly coat.
  8. Grill chicken, turning once, until golden brown and cooked through. This takes about 20-30 minutes depending on size of thighs.
  9. Serve with your favorite grilled veggies.
