Ingredients
  • 1 (19-21 oz.) pkg. brownie mix (13x9” pan size)
  • 4 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • ½ c. sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 squares Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
  1. Heat oven325.
  2. Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Pour into 13x9” baking pan that has been sprayed with PAM.
  3. Bake 25 minutes or until top is shiny and top is almost set.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer.
  5. Add sour cream. Mix well.
  6. Add eggs, one at a time and mix on low speed after each until blended.
  7. Gently pour over baked brownie layer.
  8. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
  9. Remove from oven and run knife around rim of pan to loosen sides. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Melt chocolate squares as directed on package. Drizzle over cheesecake. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
