Creamy Brownie Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 (19-21 oz.) pkg. brownie mix (13x9” pan size)
- 4 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- ½ c. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 squares Baker’s semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Heat oven325.
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Pour into 13x9” baking pan that has been sprayed with PAM.
- Bake 25 minutes or until top is shiny and top is almost set.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer.
- Add sour cream. Mix well.
- Add eggs, one at a time and mix on low speed after each until blended.
- Gently pour over baked brownie layer.
- Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
- Remove from oven and run knife around rim of pan to loosen sides. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Melt chocolate squares as directed on package. Drizzle over cheesecake. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
