CLOSING UP SHOP!

Does the title give you a little scare! Just relax! KITCHEN WILL BE CLOSED for a pretty lengthy time (SEPTEMBER 3-SEPTEMBER 21st), but not for good!

HUBBY and I will be taking our three children and their spouses to ITALY! This has been on my BUCKET LIST for quite some time. Figure, need to do this, while I can still stand and walk on my own two feet.

Speaking of FEET-the reason I do not have a definite date as to when I will start posting again after ITALY TRIP, I am scheduled to have foot surgery at the end of SEPTEMBER. The doctor said I need to stay off my feet any where from 3-8 weeks. I am able to post on SEPTEMBER 24, 25, 26, AND 27TH! After that, can’t really say when I will be back posting.

Remember you can follow me to ITALY and if I am capable of sitting at computer I may be able to post. Just can’t really commit right now!

The doctor told me the worst part of the surgery is being BORED! He said you will get tired of just watching TV or reading, etc. Not sure what I am getting into but has to be done!

CHALLENGES are what make LIFE INTERESTING! How you HANDLE them makes LIFE MEANINGFUL!

Maybe in your down-time, say a little prayer for me that I have a speedy recovery and back on my feet in no time!

So, in closing, try to enjoy the upcoming FALL, FESTIVALS, SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, LABOR DAY, FOOTBALL SEASON and let us not forget—THERE IS SOME SORT OF HUNTING SEASON, I am sure of!

Have a most safe and productive upcoming few weeks! Remember will be back to post September 24-27th, then closed until further notice! Will try to be back ASAP!
