Chewy Bars
Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 stick butter
- 1. Mix in a bowl and pat into bottom of 13x9” baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM.
- TOPPING:
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1(8-oz.) cream cheese
Instructions
- Beat all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour on top of crust.
- Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool and cut into squares.
