Ingredients
  • CRUST:
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1. Mix in a bowl and pat into bottom of 13x9” baking dish that has been sprayed with PAM.
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1(8-oz.) cream cheese
Instructions
  1. Beat all ingredients until well blended.
  2. Pour on top of crust.
  3. Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Cool and cut into squares.
