Cheesy Sausage Squares
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. frozen full cooked breakfast sausage lings, thawed and cut into ½” slices
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large eggs
- ¾ c. milk
- 2 T. chopped green onion
- Salt, black pepper
Instructions
- Unroll dough. Place on ungreased 13x9” baking dish.
- Press onto bottom and ½” up sides to form a crust.
- Top with sausage and cheese.
- Beat eggs in bowl. Add the milk, green onion and seasonings. Mix well.
- Carefully pour over cheese.
- Bake uncovered 425 for 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cut into small squares (usually makes 12 squares).
