If you look a few days down the road, you will notice MOTHERS’ DAY is this coming weekend. Here is a great menu to celebrate that most important lady! We were so lucky while in Italy, the ZUCCHINI SQUASH BLOOMS were in season. What a treat! I have seen them in Lafayette’s Fresh Market and Rouse’s. Hard to find but if you see them, give them a try! Unbelievable!

On Wednesday, May 9th, the SENIOR ANGELS’ GROUP of OUR LADY QUEEN OF ANGELS CHURCH, will be hosting a “ROSARY AND RECEPTION” honoring “OUR LADY-QUEEN OF MAY!” The ROSARY will be said in the church, beginning at 10:00 AM, then following, there will be a RECEPTION in Church Hall. All are welcomed to join in!
