  • 1 large bell pepper, each color: red, yellow, green, orange
Instructions
  1. Wash peppers and slice the top off to remove the stem area. Hull out the inside.
  2. Fill with the condiments you will use: catsup, mustard, mayo, pickle relish, chopped onion, grated cheese, jalapenos, etc.
