Beefy Green Bean Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 c. hot beef broth
- 1 c. milk
- 1 box Hamburger Helper Beef Pasta
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 c. frozen cut green beans, do not need to defrost
- 1 (8-oz.) sliced fresh mushrooms
- Salt, black pepper
- Paprika
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the beef, breaking it up into small bits. Drain and place back in skillet.
- Season the meat.
- Stir in hot beef broth, milk, sauce mix and uncooked pasta (from the Hamburger Helper box), onion, green beans and mushrooms. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, uncover and let stand 5 minutes. Taste for seasoning.
- It will thicken as it stands. Garnish with sprinkling of paprika.
