Today’s Menu:

Simmering Stuffed Rolled-Up Round Steak with Crawfish Corn Saute
Cauliflower Drizzled with Cheese Sauce

Don’t know about you but I think our little “CRAWDADS” have inherited some of their stamina from our BAYOU MOSQUITOES! Even with this cold weather, they seem to rise above the ground to be scooped up! Not complaining, love my “CRAWDADS”! Have no fear, there are still MOSQUITOES out there! Seriously, how do they survive the cold!
