Ingredients
  • ½ c. packed light brown sugar
  • 2 t. chile powder
  • 20 slices thick-cut bacon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 400.
  2. Line a 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil.
  3. In bowl, whisk sugar and chile powder.
  4. Arrange bacon on foil and coat the tops with chile sugar.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes, until caramelized and almost crisp.
  6. Transfer bacon to a rack set over a sheet of foil to cool completely. Serve.
Notes
*****Can be made day ahead and stored at room temperature. Great to serve with Bloody Marys!
