Asian Chicken Stir- Fry
Ingredients
- 1 T. vegetable oil
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts or tenders, cut into strips, seasoned
- 1 (10 ¾-oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. grated fresh ginger
- Salt, black pepper
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 (16-oz.) bag of your favorite frozen vegetable combination, defrosted
- Hot cooked rice
- 1 can of miniature corn cobs, optional
- 1 small can of water chestnuts, drained, optional
Instructions
- Heat oil in large skillet. Add seasoned chicken and stir-fry until well-browned.
- Mix the soup, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and put in skillet. Heat to a boil.
- Add the vegetables. Cook until tender-crisp.
- Add the water chestnuts and miniature corn cobs. Season.
- Serve over hot rice.
