Ingredients
  • 1 T. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts or tenders, cut into strips, seasoned
  • 1 (10 ¾-oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
  • 3 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. grated fresh ginger
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 1 t. garlic powder
  • 1 (16-oz.) bag of your favorite frozen vegetable combination, defrosted
  • Hot cooked rice
  • 1 can of miniature corn cobs, optional
  • 1 small can of water chestnuts, drained, optional
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add seasoned chicken and stir-fry until well-browned.
  2. Mix the soup, soy sauce, ginger, garlic powder and put in skillet. Heat to a boil.
  3. Add the vegetables. Cook until tender-crisp.
  4. Add the water chestnuts and miniature corn cobs. Season.
  5. Serve over hot rice.
