Artichokes make great candle holders

Another little tidbit of info: If you notice the artichokes around my shrimp remoulade. These make great candle holders. Hollow out the artichoke and place small candle in it. When done, wash artichoke and snip off the prickly ends, boil in salted water and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce. No loss here!!!!!!!!!
