Ingredients
  • ½ c. plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ c. Miracle Whip or Mayo
  • 2 T. lemon zest
  • ⅓ c. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ c. chopped chives
  • ¼ c. chopped dill
  • Salt, fresh black pepper
  • 2 lbs. raw Brussels sprouts, finely shredded (in food processor—need about 12 c.)
  • ½ c. salted, roasted sunflower seeds
Instructions
  1. In large bowl, whisk yogurt with mayo, zest, lemon juice, chives, dill and season to taste.
  2. Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat evenly.
  3. Fold in sunflower seeds. Taste for seasoning.

*****Can be refrigerated overnight
