Easy Tangy Lemonade Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (6-oz.) good quality frozen lemonade
- 1 (14-oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (8-oz.) container Cool Whip
- 6 drops of yellow food coloring, optional
- Zest of 1 large lemon
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- Extra Cool Whip for garnish
- Lemon slices, garnish
Instructions
- Mix together the lemonade, milk and cool whip with a mixer.
- Beat until fluffy.
- Add the lemon zest and food coloring. You can add more or less of each as you desire.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate until firm.
- To serve, slice and top with dollop of Cool Whip and slice of lemon.
Notes
*****You can substitute frozen limeade for a nice change. Great summer dessert. I also think you can substitute frozen strawberry daiquiri, frozen pina colada and any other frozen drink flavors for the lemonade. You can add coconut, fruit pieces to each flavor you select. Let your imagination run wild!
