Today I am posting a video. One I took of my very talented daughter-in-law, Nicole making florets from miniature rounds of salami. She makes these wonderful Charcuterie Boards and these creations make the cutest addition to the boards. You can also do this procedure with cocktail napkins and they make a beautiful floral presentation. Some very talented people out there.
