Three Cheese Baked Ziti with Spinach
Ingredients
- 1(16-oz.) ziti pasta
- 1 (12-oz.) fresh baby spinach, washed
- 1 (1 lb. 9 oz.) jar of Prego Marinara Italian Sauce or Homemade Sauce
- 1 c. ricotta cheese
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. dried basil
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
Instructions
- Prepare pasta according to package directions.
- With the last minute of cooking pasta, drop in spinach. Drain pasta and spinach well in colander. Return them to the pot.
- Stir in marinara sauce, ricotta, ½ c. mozzarella, ½ c. parmesan, oregano, basil, salt, garlic powder and black pepper to the pasta mixture. Taste for seasoning.
- Spoon mixture into 13x9” shallow baking dish sprayed with PAM.
- Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
