Spicy Asian Cauliflower Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 1 head of fresh cauliflower
- 1 T. sesame oil
- 1 T. olive oil
- 3 T. minced garlic
- 2 fresh jalapenos, seeded and minced
- 3 T. soy sauce
- 2 T. apple cider vinegar
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 T. Sriracha sauce
- Salt to taste
- ¼ c. chopped green onions
Instructions
- Break up the cauliflower into very small florets.
- In a large skillet, heat the sesame and olive oil.
- Add the cauliflower, garlic and jalapeno to the skillet.
- Over medium to low heat, stir the cauliflower mixture around in the pan for 5-8 minutes, allowing the cauliflower to brown.
- Add the soy sauce, vinegar and lime juice.
- Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the Sriracha and stir until mixed well.
- Add salt to taste. You should not have to add pepper as it is pretty spicy already.
- Add the chopped green onions as a garnish.
- Serve.
