Ingredients
  • 1 (46-oz.) can 100% DOLE canned pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 c. light or dark rum
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • ½ c. lime juice
  • 1 T. fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • Ice cubes
  • Slices of fresh lime
  • Whole fresh mint leaves, garnish
Instructions
  1. Combine pineapple juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and chopped mint in large punch bowl.
  2. Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint.
  3. Place ice cubes in a serving container on the side and let guest fill their glasses with ice and then the punch, then garnish.
