Rum Punch from the Islands
Ingredients
- 1 (46-oz.) can 100% DOLE canned pineapple juice, chilled
- 1 c. light or dark rum
- ¼ c. sugar
- ½ c. lime juice
- 1 T. fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
- Ice cubes
- Slices of fresh lime
- Whole fresh mint leaves, garnish
Instructions
- Combine pineapple juice, rum, sugar, lime juice and chopped mint in large punch bowl.
- Garnish with lime slices and fresh mint.
- Place ice cubes in a serving container on the side and let guest fill their glasses with ice and then the punch, then garnish.
