Becky's Grape Salad
Ingredients
- Grape Salad Part:
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 6-8 packets of splenda
- 1 t. vanilla flavoring
- 8 oz. chopped pecans
- 1 bag seedless grapes, both green and purple (about 2-3 cups)
- *****Add any fruit in addition like pineapple, blueberries, cantaloupe, etc.
- 1. Mix the first four ingredients.
- 2. Fold in pecans and grapes.
- Topping:
- 1 T. butter, melted
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 T. brown sugar
- 8 oz. pecans, halves
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries, halved
Instructions
- Mix the butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.
- Place on top of the grape salad part.
- Garnish with pecan and strawberry halves.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Serve cold.
