Today is my PEEP, CRAIG’S BIRTHDAY! We have a standing joke about celebrating his birthday so close to MOTHER’S DAY! He says without him, no MOTHER’S DAY FOR ME—I say without me, NO BIRTHDAY FOR YOU! Yes, we just continue the jostling! Just blessed to have him in our lives. He has the most talented and beautiful wife. The added cream to top this are his four beautiful daughters—-OUR LOVELY GRAND PEEPS! Cannot ask for a better MOTHER’S DAY GIFT THAN THAT!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, CRAIG-YOU HAVE MADE DAD AND ME SOOOOOO PROUD TO CALL YOU OUR CHILD!

The menu today is one that is great for MOTHER’S DAY but I also think it is one of my son’s favorites!
