Ingredients
  • 3 medium plum tomatoes
  • 1 c. loosely packed parsley
  • 2 medium celery stalks, plus extra for garnish
  • 3 medium kale leaves with stalks
  • ½ large, juicy lemon, peel and pith removed
  • 2 oz. pepper-infused vodka
  • ¼ t. celery salt
  • Fresh black pepper
  • Celery stalk, pickled green bean or okra, garnish
Instructions
  1. Juice, in this order, the tomatoes and parsley, together, then the celery, kale and lemon, following your juicer’s specific settings for each.
  2. Stir in vodka, celery salt, and pepper.
  3. Serve immediately over ice in tall glass.
  4. Garnish with celery stalk, pickled green bean or okra.
