Crab and Avocado Crostini
Ingredients
- Package of crostini or your favorite sturdy type cracker
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 large ripe avocados
- Salt, red pepper
- 6 oz. lump crabmeat, drained and picked
- Minced fresh chives
- 1 T. fresh lime juice
Instructions
- Brush the tops of the crostini with olive oil and place on baking sheet.
- Heat in 350 oven until nice and warm or crispy.
- In a bowl, mash the avocados and season with salt and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine the crabmeat, chives and lime juice. Season to taste.
- Spread the mashed avocado mixture onto the crostini.
- Top with the crabmeat mixture. Serve immediately.
