PACKING AGAIN!

Good Morning Foodies! Well, yes, I am packing again. Leaving tomorrow for those areas that the famous JIMMY BUFFET sings about. We are headed to the BAHAMAS on a FISHING EXPEDITION! I am not a FISHERMAN, per se, but I sure like to COOK AND EAT those little critters. I figured if someone invites you to go on a trip like this—YOU DON’T PASS IT UP! If you had to skip work you could always tell your boss, “I CAN’T MAKE IT INTO WORK TODAY BECA…USE MY ARM IS IN A CAST!”—-DID YOU CATCH THAT JOKE!!!!

Anyway, will be on a boat for a few days. KITCHEN will be closed until August 3rd. Now wrap your head around this, when I return to the KITCHEN, we will be talking about RETURNING TO SCHOOL AND THE SAINTS KICKING OFF PRE-SEASON! UNBELIEVABLE! I guess I would rather have a LIFE OF “OH WELLS” than a LIFE of “WHAT IFS”!

I figure on this type of trip, MY BRAIN WILL BE LIKE THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE! INFORMATION WILL GO IN AND THEN IT IS NEVER TO BE FOUND AGAIN! Yes, I guess I could be called “LAZY” on this trip but I like to think of it as being “ENERGY EFFICIENT”!

I guess I have to go dig deep in one of my drawers and find that famous ‘”MIRACLE BATHING SUIT”! In case you missed my description of this wonderful item, here it is! I hear that the NASA SPACE PROGRAM, makes the fabric for the suit. This fabric makes SPANX feel like fine lingerie! When you are able to pull it on, just look at yourself sideways-CAUSE THAT IS THE BEST IT IS GOING TO BE! When you face forward, you look like a flat pancake. Not good, my friends! After trying one on, I know why they are called MIRACLE SUITS-IT TAKES A MIRACLE TO GET IT OFF! I want to slap the person who created this torture suit with my FLIP FLOPS!

So before I put on my “FLIP-FLOPS” and walk off into PARADISE, I want to wish my beautiful baby girl, CHARLOTTE a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY. Her big day is tomorrow! Then on July 25th, I want to wish my son, CRAIG, and his wonderful wife, NICOLE a very HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! I hope you all have a most fantastic day celebrating your special days! HOPE YOU HAVE MANY, MANY MORE!
