Good Morning Foodies! First and foremost, want to wish my HUBBY, a very, very, very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Here is a little nonsense tidbit: Hubby born on Martin Luther King’s birthday and Martin Luther King, died on my birthday! Weird, huh. So in his honor, today, I am posting his World Famous Baked Duck! You remember the story about the price of ducks-RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, …he does make an awesome dish when coming to cooking those DAFFY DUCKS! I am also doing one of his favorite desserts, HEAVENLY HASH CAKE. I know we have all had this but it is soooo good! Today is his day! Remember a man is someone, after taking the trash out, gives the impression he just cleaned the whole house! IT IS HIS DAY, ALL DAY, I WILL SIT ON MY HANDS AND PUT DUCT TAPE ON MY MOUTH AND SMILE!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!!!!!!!!!
