Couscous and Tomato Salad with Arugula Pesto
Good Morning Foodies! I must say my two most favorite things growing in the summer are CREOLE TOMATOES AND FIGS! I am always looking for new ways to prepare them. We all know that when they start coming into season, they come all at once. I wish I could figure out how to spread out the season. I have figured out if I space the time of planting my tomato plants I do get some later in the summer. Really depends on what kind of cr…azy weather we have. Not always successful, but I give it a try every year.
