Well, we all know that the month of June brings many things! Some good, like vacations and some bad, like HURRICANE SEASON! Just trying to focus on the NOW! The next couple of weeks I will focus on using up some of the great veggies from the gardens or farmer’s market and the wonderful seafood that surround our area. You know it is time when you see the corn is as tall as trees, tomato plants dominate your backyard and zucchini is so plentiful it has to be given away. This is when it becomes essential to make hasty use of all the beautiful abundance around you. Best of all, things that are easy and don’t steam up your kitchen!
