SOUP TIME!
Today’s Menu:
Grilled Eggplant Salad with Goat Cheese
Good Morning Foodies! I hope your FOOTBALL TEAM WON YESTERDAY! Ok, now for me FOOTBALL SEASON IS OFFICALLY OVER! I know now they have those college signing days, etc. I am hoping to get a little excited about basketball. The LSU Tigers seem to be doing fairly well this year. Might have to tune them in. Baseball season is just around the corner. I really like going to baseball games in person. They are so much more exciting than watching on TV or listening to the radio.
Here we are in the month of FEBRUARY. I like to feature “SOUPS” this time of year! I JUST LOVE SOUPS! Soups are one of those dishes that can be made from pretty much anything in your pantry or refrigerator. I don’t think I have ever had a “bad” soup. I am not a fan of sweet types of soups, those that have things swimming in the soup or cold soups, but I am willing to try anything once! Hey and it is very cold outside!!!!!!!!!!!!!
