Good Morning Foodies! I sure hope you all had a most blessed CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY! I tried to enjoy each day before the BIG DAY and then reflect as the days passed. The commercial part of holidays can be quite overwhelming. I really dislike the commercials that kick in late on CHRISTMAS DAY and the days following about returning gifts and hitting the sales! I am putting that all aside and looking forward to the NEW YEAR coming in.
I will only be posting today and tomorrow and both menus will be REPEATS. I am giving you one menu that is geared toward a nice elegant dinner for that NEW YEAR’S EVE meal and the one tomorrow is for a nice BRUNCH idea to help you get through the NEW YEAR’S DAY and all the BOWL GAMES!
