Today’s TIP OF THE DAY—“MAKE WINE CUBES”! If you ever have a bottle of wine that you just can’t finish up and don’t want to waste, here is your answer! Pour the wine into ice-cube trays (hopefully, most of you can remember these trays), and freeze. Pull out a few cubes for a pan sauce that needs some oomph, or toss some into a wine spritzer or pitcher of sangria! It can actually just help keep those wine drinks a little chilled while you indulge!
