If you have never had ARANCINI, give this recipe a try. Typically, it is made with rice, but my DADDY loved it with EGGPLANT. I must agree, I think it is quite different and delicious. If you have never tasted or prepared OSSO BUCO, you really need to make this dish. It is always a winner. I love it when someone cooks it for me. There are many versions to this recipe but all are “A-NUMBER ONE”!
