Today’s Gadget is one that I have had several inquiries about! It is the INSTANT POT! I honestly cannot say I have any knowledge of this gadget. I have read about it and it seems to be an IP-SMART BLUETOOTH ENABLED MULTIFUNCTIONAL PRESSURE COOKER, STEAMER AND SLOW COOKER DEVICE. Personally, I don’t need another gadget. I know my grandmothers and mother used the old PRESSURE COOKERS but mostly for canning. I never got into the pressure cooker thing.
This gadget has 14 built in smart programs, dual pressure, automatic keep-warm and 3 temperatures for saute, slow cook and keep-warm. WHEW!!!!!!!!!!!
Recently I was at a restaurant and saw that in the buffet line, this gadget was used to keep the steamed rice. It seemed to serve its purpose.
If anyone of you have any info on these “INSTANT POTS”, FEEL FREE TO SHARE ANDY INFO. I am quite curious about it!

I will not be posting tomorrow because THE WINE-UP EVENT is being held and will be quite busy setting up for this gathering. We have sold all the tickets and the community has been so generous in their help, along with donations. Great seeing the community come together. Hope it will be a success!
