Today’s Gadget is another one that I like to have around when I have to personalize or decorate certain dishes, etc. The “WRITE ON! DECORATING TOOL” is your answer if you are horrible at using frosting to do decorative lettering, or you just like making precise designs on your baked goods. You simply fill this fat pencil with your favorite icing and use it to write like you normally would. Don’t know about you but I have messed many a writings and decorations with those other methods! Kids will love this also! It sells for about $17. Just google name to find where to get it.

Enjoy another LENTEN “MEATLESS” MENU! Take note for the Spinach Manicotti, I used lasagna noodles and just rolled the pasta with the filling. Trust me way easier than stuffing those manicotti shells and must say, has a nice eye-appeal! If you have ever done the manicotti shells, you know how they split and you have to discard so many split ones. The lasagna shells work so much better for me! Give it a try!
