Today’s Repeat Menu:

Layered Mexican Dip
Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

In case you missed my posting about “E’S KITCHEN”, my friend PAUL AYO, closed his kitchen shop. Going to miss his input, but I will try and keep you posted on new GADGETS AND PRODUCTS!

Today, I am featuring a product I found at WAL-MART and soon to be at BENNY’S BIG STAR! The product is PORK-LOIN BACKRIBS. The best thing about these ribs they come in a COOKING BAG. The ribs are also done with a HICKORY SMOKED BBQ SEASONING (BENNY’S WILL OFFER TWO TYPES OF SEASONINGS). You simply remove all the labels, punch a hole in the middle of the bag (SPOT IS MARKED FOR YOU), place on baking sheet, put in 400 degree oven and bake for 1 hour. If you have more than one, add 10 minutes to cooking time for each additional bag. At first, I was skeptical about the seasoning because I like to do my own but this was excellent. Ribs were tender and delicious and sooooo easy! Loved this product! Best part-NO MESS !!!!!! Give it a try, I think you will be pleasantly surprised!
