It is with a very sad heart that I will no longer have the great help from PAUL AYO (E’S KITCHEN IN LAFAYETTE, LA) to provide my site with some great and wonderful kitchen ideas and wisdom! One of the many businesses that have to close their doors, due to the failing oil industry business, that this area depends on for their living. I am hoping the best for Paul and maybe he will pop up again in the near future! Thanks again Paul for sharing your beautiful kitchen shop with me and my foodies! I will do my best to still provide you with great ideas to make your time in the kitchen quicker, easier and maybe a little bit more enjoyable!

Today is QUEEN OF ANGEL’S SENIOR ANGELS’ ANNUAL CARD PARTY! Unfortunately, I have not recovered from my “SEA LEGS” to attend this most wonderful gathering. I know those of you who will be attending will not be disappointed in the fabulous meal and all the trimmings!
