Today’s gadget from E’S KITCHEN in LAFAYETTE, LA is the FLAME-FRIENDLY CERAMIC SEAFOOD RACK! With this great gadget, you can cook seafood at a high temperature, up to 700 degrees F. Now if you are cooking that high, I think I might pass on the food! Anyway, this is perfect for the GRILL or OVEN. It is made of a durable, high-heat ceramic. It is also fireproof and thermal shock resistant. Best part, it is scratch resistant, has a non-stick glazed surface, is lightweight and dishwasher safe. It measures 13.6” x 8.9” x 0.8”. Great for those upcoming FATHER’S DAY GIFTS or for anyone who loves to GRILL!!!!!!!!!!!

When you look at today’s menu, you will want to do this. This is easy and pretty much pleases everyone. The potato side dish is from my sister-in-law, SHARON MORROW. Every time she makes this dish, the pan does not stand full for very long. Really great dish with almost anything you serve. The BANANA SUSHI is such a hit with the PEEPS, GRAND PEEPS and even us OLDIES! The PEEPS love making them and they are so refreshing and different.
