Good Morning Foodies! Today’s REPEAT MENU was quite the hit last year. If you are an oyster lover plus a soup lover—this is your ticket! The savory biscuits are a nice addition to the oyster stew. I guess most of you have heard that DRAGO’S (FAMOUS NEW ORLEANS OYSTER/SEAFOOD RESTAURANT) is trying to locate in LAFAYETTE. I know there are some happy campers!
Today’s GADGET FROM E’S KITCHEN is THE SILICONE BAKING MAT! Okay, FOODIES, this is pretty amazing! The silicone has a great non-skid property for a stable, functional baking mat and work area. Designed with pie crust rings, 11”x14 ½” linear measurements and dry and liquid measurement charts. Ideal for rolling out dough.
The gadget is dishwasher safe in top rack. It is available in the vibrant colors of COBALT BLUE, YELLOW, LIME, TURQUOISE, MAGENTA AND RED. I really like this gadget and if you are a “BAKER” you will love this!
