I am sure many of you have started your summer gardens. I always start mine after GOOD FRIDAY. I can still hear that old “ITALIAN” saying from my GRANDPARENTS—“NEVER DIG IN THE SOIL UNTIL AFTER GOOD FRIDAY!” Not sure why but I OBEY!
