It also quickly peels in one quick motion. The curved blade cuts open the shell and the sharp prong peels away the dark vein along the shrimp’s back. THE KRAKEN’S blade is made of high carbon stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance. It has a curved, easy-grip plastic handle and is dishwasher safe.
