Today’s menu is a family favorite. I love PORK CHOPS. I think I like it more than chicken. I am always looking for ways to find different ways to prepare them. This is one that my dad loved. Of course, anything that said “ITALIAN” he loved.

Today’s GADGET FROM E’S KITCHEN is “THE BALL SHAPER”. This is the perfect gadget for those perfectly rounded MEATBALLS. It is also great when shaping dumplings, TUSCAN “GNUDI” with spinach and ricotta, and for those croquettes. You can do all this without getting your hands dirty. This gadget is made by GENIETTI. I sure wish I had this when I made 9 dozen meatballs a few weeks ago.
