Good Morning Foodies! Today’s recipe for the RISOTTO-STYLE TOMATOES AND NOODLES is probably my favorite way to have PASTA AND TOMATOES! This recipe is good even though you might not have those fabulous CREOLE TOMATOES! If you like TOMATOES AND PASTA—give this recipe a try. Then to top it off, you must do the dessert. My sister-in-law, VICKIE MORROW GIBERT, created this pie. She won so many awards with it in high school. It is still a winner today.
Today’s gadget from E’S KITCHEN has come in—just in time. It is the SOFT ICE CHEST. This is great for the upcoming TAILGATING, holding beverages and snacks while you sit on sidelines for the PEEPS school activities, keep in your vehicle to ice down items you buy at the grocery store or to tote food to friends and family. It is easy to carry and fits nicely in snug little spots. You can also sport your school pride. E’S KITCHEN told me that he does have the ULL bags but they have not come in yet. Check this out—very versatile cooler!
