RECOVERY MODE STILL GOING ON!

Good Morning Foodies!

Today’s Menu:

Fresh Sac-a-Lait with Shrimp and Veggie Packets
Crock Pot Parmesan Potato Wedges

I must say on the trip to Hawaii, I ate plenty of fish. Some versions of the fish were pretty amazing and spectacular! On my return to home, you know sometimes you just miss the old home grown “FISHIES”! I love my CATFISH, TILAPIA and SAC-A-LAIT! I basically like almost all fish except thick chewy types! I have tried to like SEA BASS, ETC. Just can’t do it! I am not one for chewy textures. Believe it or not, I don’t eat OYSTERS, MUSSELS, SCALLOPS—I have tried and tried but just can’t change my taste buds for these delicacies. As the saying goes, “THERE ARE PLENTY OF FISH OUT THERE!”

Today’s menu is great to avoid kitchen heat. The FISH/SHRIMP/VEGGIE PACKETS can be placed on the grill or oven. The CROCK POT POTATOES also reduce that cooking heat! All good flavors with no sweat at all!
