RECOVERY MODE—BEEN HAVING QUITE A FEW OF THOSE!
Today’s Menu:
Our anniversary was very nice. Had some out of town guests come and celebrate with us. Tried to keep it small and quiet. Well, small, anyway! Hubby and I always try to keep connected to our college buddies. We all know with our growing families that sometimes it just doesn’t work but we keep trying! Glad my TIGERS won; like the effort the SAINTS put forth but need that win!!!!
Today’s menu is one of those great ITALIAN meals. My mother would do these dishes every so often because having “VEAL” was a real treat. I try to carry on that tradition and serve it for special occasions!
