Boudin Balls with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
Chicken, Avocado Spread, Spinach Wraps
Good Morning Foodies! I stand corrected! I thought this next group of hunters were from Florida but they were from Wisconsin. So yes, they are NORTHERNERS!!!! As soon as they walked in I had to remind them that LSU beat their BADGERS! Ah, yes, they said! I just had to mark my territory! They were another batch of fine gentlemen! So nice meeting people from different cultures! We gave them a little taste of all our favorite thi…ngs like crawfish, boudin, sausage, king cake, baked ducks, yams, etc. They loved it!
This is another short week as you can see. Today’s menu is a little help for the upcoming “CHEATER SUPER BOWL”! Going to try and get through the game and just enjoy the commercials!
The wraps featured today is just thrown together with leftovers I had. You can pretty much make a wrap with anything that is leftover in your refrigerator. Just remember, if you open your refrigerator door and it walks out—JUST LET IT GEAUX!
