NICE AND EASY MEAL!

Good Morning Foodies! Does our world shut down or what when the word “ICE” appears on the weather radar. I made soup all day yesterday. That was a saving grace for me—CAUSE I LOVE SOUP! My way to deal with the craziness of all that! Today’s menu is one that I use quite often. It is easy and delicious. I don’t think I ever had a shrimp dish I did not like. I have also enjoyed fi…nding new ways to prepare KALE! This veggie has grown in popularity about two years ago. Last year it was the BRUSSELS SPROUTS and I believe the hot little veggie right now is the ole CAULIFLOWER! Amazing how that happens!
