NEW MONTH!

Good Morning Foodies!

Today’s Menu:

Crock Pot Pork Shoulder Roast
Potato Salad with Warm Herb-Bacon Vinaigrette
Fabulous Mushroom and Broccoli Casserole

There is a great deal going on in our family this whole month. I am glad my birthday started at the beginning of the month and not at the end—EVEN THOUGH I THINK I WILL CELEBRATE THE WHOLE MONTH! Nothing wrong with that!

I want to thank all of you FOODIES out there for all the wonderful BIRTHDAY WISHES! I was truly overwhelmed by all the lovely comments and sentiments. The trip to NAPA was a nice relaxing one. Gonna need it, to get through this month and probably MAY!
Today’s menu is one that I always use when I have a hectic schedule. The CROCK POT is the best invention since SLICED BREAD! I just love the idea that you can almost cook the entire meal in one vessel and it can be so yummy!

All I can say about all the stuff coming up: “LEARN FROM THE PAST, LIVE IN THE NOW AND BE OPTIMISTIC ABOUT EVERYTHING BEING OKAY IN THE FUTURE!”
