Mr. Snowman Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, slightly softened
- 4 ½ oz. dried beef, diced
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped (safe one long one for scarf)
- ½ t. garlic powder
- 1 t. dried parsley
- 8 oz. whipped cream cheese
- 3 black olives, pieces
- 2 rosemary sprigs or 2 pretzel sticks
- Rosemary sprigs for the top of head, form in a halo
- 1 maraschino cherry, optional
Instructions
- Mix two packages of cream cheese with dried beef.
- Add chopped green onions, reserve 1 whole green onion for scarf.
- Blend in garlic powder and horseradish. Blend well.
- Form 2 balls, making one slightly larger for the body.
- Roll in dried parsley.
- Stack on top of each other with the larger one on the bottom.
- Spread whipped cream cheese as frosting on snowman.
- Break off irregular pieces of black olives to form 3 buttons down front.
- Wrap the green onion top around the neck for the scarf and tie.
- Use sprigs or pretzels for arms.
- Make a halo from the sprigs.
- Serve with crackers.
- Can use cherry for the mouth.
- Allow to chill for 8 hours for flavors to blend.
